When considering which golf balls to play with, it’s not very often Srixon is left out of the equation. If you want the best golf balls for your playing ability, you need to be as honest with yourself as possible. Otherwise, you can end up playing with the wrong balls which could have a negative impact on your game. Also, you might end up spending more on your golf balls than you need to. Srixon’s name derives from the former company’s name – Sumitomo Rubber Industries. The initials have been used in the new name (Sri) to form the start of the company’s name. The end of the brand name is the idea of moving onward (on). When the two are combined with the insertion of an ‘x’ the name Srixon appears.
