PIERRE — The Brookings Bobcats finished ninth as a team and Delilah Fuls finished ninth as an individual during the final day of the Class AA girls state golf tournament at Hillsview Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon.
Fuls came into the afternoon in fourth place after scoring 76 on the first day of the tournament and scored 79 on Tuesday. Fuls finished the tournament with a two-day total of 155 and tied with Aberdeen Central's Emma Dohrer.
Jaden Devine finished in 43rd place for the Bobcats with a two-day total of 178. Devine shot matching rounds with a score of 89 on Monday and Tuesday to move into a three-way tie with Olivia Torgerson of Spearfish and Reese Howard of Rapid City Stevens.
Miyah Foerster finished tied for 57th with a final score of 188. Foerster scored matching rounds of 92 to tie with Brandon Valley's Sasha Veldhuizen.
Kyra McClemans finished 59th at state with a total score of 190. McClemans scored 92 on the first day of the tournament and scored 98 on Tuesday.
Kamryn Streich finished tied for 72nd place with Pierre's Hattie Baldwin and Harrisburg's Brooke Helland with a total score of 202. Streich scored 105 on Monday but scored 97 on Tuesday.
Huron's Bryn Huber and Mitchell's Allison Meyerink finished tied for first place at the tournament with a score of one shot over par. Huber shot a score of 75 on Monday and a score of 70 on Tuesday while Meyerink shot a score of 70 on Monday and a score of 75 on Tuesday.
Aberdeen Central's Olivia Braun finished in third place with a total score of 145 after scoring 73 on Monday and scoring 75 on Tuesday.
The Bobcats finished with a team score of 353 while Mitchell won the team title with a score of 309. Aberdeen Central finished second with a score of 316 while Rapid City Stevens finished third with a score of 320.
