Srixon: Hannah Green wins BMW Ladies Championship for 6th LPGA title

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Oct. 20, 2024 – Srixon staffer Hannah Green claimed her third victory of the season on Sunday, going wire-to-wire at the BMW Ladies Championship and earning her sixth career LPGA title.

Right from the start, Green used her consistent and strategic play to go wire-to-wire for the second time in her career. She opened the tournament with back-to-back rounds of 64 and never looked back. Utilizing the Srixon ZX5 LS Mk II Driver, Green showcased her accuracy and control hitting 47 of 56 fairways to put herself in prime scoring positions, including 12 of 14 in the final round and in tough conditions. She finished the tournament at 19-under to win by one stroke.

“Just super proud of myself for hanging in there because today conditions were very tough,” Green said. “The wind was very swirly, and I think everyone was trying to battle the wind.”

With this win, Green became one of only three players to have three or more wins this season. She is also projected to move into the top five of the CME Globe rankings for the LPGA’s season finale race.
